Your printable exhibitor pass
As an exhibitor you will receive your personalized trade fair pass online, as a Print@home ticket. Here is an explanation of how it works.
As an exhibitor you will receive a personalized exhibitor pass as a Print@home ticket.
As an exhibitor, once your placement proposal has been confirmed, you can order and personalize both your free and your paid-for exhibitor passes online, via a special link. Once you have completed the personalization process, you will receive your Print@home ticket by e-mail. Please print out your Print@home ticket, as this is your entry ticket to the trade fair.
The necessary steps for ordering your ticket
The first step is to confirm your placement proposal. Once you've done that, you will receive an e-mail with a link and your access details. When you have successfully registered and paid your admission invoice, you will receive your Print@home ticket via e-mail. Please print out your ticket and bring it with you to the trade fair.
Important note for conference visitors: If you wish to access Hall B0 outside trade fair opening times (up to one hour before the opening of the trade fair and one hour after closing), you will also need, in addition to your conference ticket, an exhibitor pass.
You will not need to distinguish between free and paid-for passes when ordering your tickets. The cost will be calculated automatically on the final invoice. You will not be charged for the free passes applicable to your stand, nor for unused passes.
|Stand size||Number of exhibitor passes|
|Up to 20 m²||Two free exhibitor passes|
|Over 20 m², for every additional 20 m² or part||One additional free exhibitor pass|
Please note: The exhibitor passes can only be used by your stand staff.
You can order and personalize Print@home tickets right up to the last day of the trade fair. Exhibitor passes can also be purchased on site during LOPEC, at the exhibitor counter in the ICM foyer, at a price of EUR 30.00 plus statutory VAT.
Public transport (MVV) tickets
Please note that your ticket does NOT include free use of the public transportation service provided by the Munich Transport and Traffic Association (MVV). You will need to buy a valid ticket from the MVV for your journeys, either via the MVV app or online.
