Call for Papers LOPEC 2019

Thank you for your interest in taking part in the 2019 LOPEC Conference.

Unfortunately, the deadline for the submission of abstracts (Call for Papers) for the Business, Technical, and Scientific Conference is over.

However, it is still possible to submit your entry as a “late poster” for our Scientific Conference and Technical Conference.

4 steps to your participation in the LOPEC Conference

  • 1. Submit your abstract: September 4 to October 29, 2018
    Please submit your English abstract online by October 29, 2018. The abstract should briefly describe your presentation in 200–400 words. Please illustrate your motivation, your approach, the result and your conclusion. You are welcome to add graphics, pictures or schematic representations.

  • 2. Selection process: October 20 to December 12, 2018
    Starting October 20, a panel of international experts will review all abstracts submitted and evaluate them thematically and professionally. The committee will then put together a coherent program of presentations from the submissions.

  • 3. Confirmation of participation: December 13, 2018
    As from December 13, 2018, you will find out whether your presentation was selected for an oral presentation or a poster.

  • 4. Ticket at the discounted rate (Academic Ticket)
    The confirmation of a lecture or poster presentation entitles you to purchase a reduced-price conference ticket (Academic Ticket). Participation as a speaker or poster presenter requires a valid conference ticket. We recommend you purchase your ticket online. The reduced conference ticket entitles you to attend the entire conference and the associated exhibition.

Moreover, it is possible to speak at the Start-up Forum, a part of the Business Conference—special conditions and deadlines apply.

We are still accepting entries for our Start-up Forum until January 20, 2019!

Conditions

You are a legally independent, young, innovative company with new product and process developments? Your company is in existence for less than 10 years and has fewer than 50 employees? If so, please submit your abstract for participation in the Start-up Forum and use your 10-minute time slot effectively.
