Building your own stand

Do you already have a stand concept, and you want to design, plan, build and dismantle your stand on your own? If so, then you only pay the participation fee per square meter of stand space in addition to our mandatory costs.

Net prices by area for LOPEC 2022

The following prices are participation fees for stand space only per square meter of exhibition space. They do not include designing, planning or building your stand or setup and dismantling, which you must take care of on your own. The minimum stand size in the hall is 9 m². All prices on this page are subject to value-added tax.

Co-exhibitor fee

However, a mandatory communication fee in the amount of EUR 750 will be levied for each co-exhibitor. The mandatory communication fee for each co-exhibitor includes the same services as for the main exhibitor.

Exhibitor pass for exhibitors (exhibitor passes)

With a stand area of 20 square meters you will receive two free exhibitor passes for exhibitors. An additional free exhibitor pass for exhibitors will be issued for each additional 20 square meters or part. If you require further exhibitor passes for your staff on the stand, these can be purchased online at a price of EUR 35 plus VAT.

The participation price includes an unlimited number of vouchers for single-day tickets for your customers.

The following mandatory costs are charged in addition to the stand booking and participation fee:

If you do not find the ideal type and size in the above listed packages, you still have the option of booking the pure stand space with an individual size and the stand construction per m² for an additional charge of 159,- EUR/m².

The package stand is constructed from the MERO aluminum system with plastic-coated, white walls in an overall height of approx. 2.75m.

It includes: Carpet Rips incl. protective film, color of your choice / lockable cabin with coat rack and wastebasket / spotlight, 1 pc. per 3m² / sitting table with four chairs, standing table with 2 bar stools (under 12m²) / info counter lockable / fascia 150x30 cm per aisle side incl.15 letters

If you don't want to build your own stand, let us take care of everything for you! We will provide a stand-building concept that meets your needs. We can offer you various stand sizes, sector-specific offers and various equipment alternatives, and stand setup and dismantling is included!

For academic institutions and research centers we also offer a special package at one price that cover all costs.

The LOPEC “Academic“ stand package can be booked only by academic or research institutions. For this package, only academic and research institutions are permitted as co-exhibitors.
